Always a catch

His meeting had been a raving success. The bonus was all secured. The promotion was in hand. Life was moving along great. Today was his lady’s birthday and he had made many wonderful plans. Today, he was going to make one of her dreams come true. Her favorite magazine’s editor had agreed to do a shoot with her and showcase her on their cover as a special feature and favor. The topic? Up and coming superstars online. His lady wasn’t a raving success yet, but had made such massive strides, the least he could do is set up a massive confidence booster to help her career along.

He wanted to celebrate in a special way the fact that all his memories with her was super amazing. He was comfortable with her, something that he had search high and low to find in a woman. He loved her. He cared deeply for her. There was only one little problem… she loved to sneak behind his back to try and get to know things before she needed to know them. It was as if she didn’t trust him or his timing and that bothered him greatly.

Nothing he tried made an impact to convince her not to snoop around. He was quite puzzled that despite her very severe punishment for the time she was caught rifling through his wallet… she was undeterred. In fact, she tried that much the harder to be super sneaky about her snooping.

Brushing that thought aside, as it didn’t matter today, he had a perfect day setup: He had his career moving beautifully… He figured that after her birthday bash and night out with girlfriends (another setup of his) he’d have plenty of time to work on this bad habit of hers. That was part why he had secured the trunk in his office. He knew that nothing she did would allow her to get the content of the trunk. When the time was right, she’d know what was inside… and well… she’d definitely know.

One more check of his inbox before lunch and he’d head home to work on the final details of his super evening with his lady. His excitement began to rise, as the ideas of the plans were hot and would definitely leave a juicy mess, just as she’d love it. How he loved to orchestrate magical moments for her.
