A man, who works hard to provide, is feeling like his work is not appreciated by his wife. She, on her side of the equation, has felt the man of her dreams turned out to be a dud of dreams. They’re now coasting about and floundering as working stiffs.
The man wants more. The wife feels more can’t be had. It is time to cool things and just be roommates. So, with that understanding clear in her head, the lady is working on suppressing her feelings and quieting the inner struggle that makes her horny at work and disappointed at home.
He on his end has been working on improving several skills quietly and behind the scenes. For him, the best way to win his lady is to go big or go home. His parents won’t take him, so he has to go big. He’s also painfully aware that keeping these secrets is pushing his wife away. But if he reveals them too early, she will end his efforts and steer him back towards focusing on making more money.
Getting the timing right is of utmost critical importance. He craves more from his lady but is getting less. She wants more but is pushing him away for less. If he waits too long, she will think he’s having an affair behind her back.
As the desperations build and the agonies worsen, he opts to take a break from the rat race and face his dilemma head on. He has to get his wife to trust that they’re OK. Life is not over. Their marriage has not stagnated.
She’s trying to convince him that it’s a waste of time. Going out to do anything will not solve anything. Feelings are running a bit raw. To make matters worse… her husband thinks he can take her out into her stomping grounds and teach her a thing or two about life and love.
Having very little in terms of escape options, to shut this man up and his complaints about not having his way, she agrees to check out whatever he had in mind. Of course, she reluctantly compromises with all the details of his request.
She made a mental note to cool things significantly afterward. Her heart can not go on hurting silently wanting wishing and craving a man she can’t have even inside her marriage.
He is filled with hope. She agreed to try something his way. He is elated. Finally, all the resources he had been wasting trying to prepare for this was finally going to pay off. It was ridiculous to put so much work in and get nothing out of it. But finally. There was hope.
