Not letting Kevin see her intrigue, she checked her cell phone to see if nothing had shown up. Of course, nothing had. But Kevin didn’t know that. She looked at her phone as intently as she could while trying to read Kevin’s body language.

Like a boy lost in his own world, Kevin caressed the boxes and smoothened the velvet. Whatever these boxes were, it meant a bit to him.

Opening the first box, Ballerina’s eyes nearly fell out. In mid public space, Kevin dared show her something this ultra private? How could he!

She nearly tipped backwards in surprise. Her gasp was quite audible and her cheeks were bright enough to light up the whole town. In the first box was a special toy that she had only seen in magazines. What could only be described as a ring pop like toy, Ballerina was looking at her very first in person butt plug.

Naughty Kevin!

He seemed un-phased by her reaction and very much focused on making it look like he was doing magic with his hands. This was not good. If this surprise of his didn’t make him flush, what other things were waiting her?

Quickly closing the box, Ballerina tried to move them away from Kevin so she could hide them. Certain things can not be discussed in public. Ever.

Unfortunately for her, Kevin was quicker. He slipped the boxes back and opened the second one.

If Ballerina could just vanish into air, she would. The item was staring her in the face. She couldn’t hide. It was just beaming at her.

She saw Kevin’s eyes looking at her very intensely. She was melting with embarrassment. He was preventing her from closing the box. Nothing she tried helped. Her giggling and laughter was drawing a few half interested gazes from others but they didn’t hold their focus long.

In hushed tones, she asked Kevin why he had brought her a vibrator. His only comment was that he had hoped she was commando and would start using it now.

That got him a hard kick from underneath the table.

Or so she thought.

The man barely moved. Had she missed? Those boots would have hurt big time.

He did, however, open the third box.

It was beautiful. It was pretty. It was amazing. It was a choker with the most brilliant star crest like thing she had ever seen. Her breath nearly chocked her when she saw the infinity symbol woven into the jewelry.

Was Kevin serious?

They hadn’t talked about being exclusive before. They had just dated. She had no clue he was into this kind of stuff. He was looking ever so royal too.

This was the most unexpected gift and proposal of relational change ever. But then again, Kevin was no ordinary fellow either.

She’d need time to recover her face first. Fortunately, he had closed the boxes. This was too many gifts for one night.

Tugging at the hem of her skirt, she apologized for kicking him. He nodded and laughed. She was glad he saw humor in this. Something in her tugged at her and wanted Kevin. Her mind was not ready to lay low and let a man lead. She needed to think. And fast.
