A thing about truth

It may be true that you can’t cook. It may be true that you can’t sing. It may be true that you do not care to hold her purse. It may even be true that you don’t care to pull out a chair for her to sit on. It may be true you’d rather play video games than actually have a girlfriend.

All of these truths can be changed. They’re all within your control. They do not affect your ability to be a gentleman or authentic. Level up your game! Go from juvenile to adult. Respect yourself.

If you want to get the girl… be the guy the girl wants to be with. Values like honesty, timeliness, accountability, niceness, generosity, maturity, respectability…(and more)… are the real values to perfect. Once those are well honed, then the other things can come back to play.

Example. A good man will be comfortable enough in his romantic skills that he’s not worried about never playing PS4 again. His lady will not take away his gaming, because he took care of her properly. The male who focuses first on his juvenile needs will aways have issues with the female trying to man him up… or as he’d see it… taking away his toys and fun.

Any guy who puts his X-Box time ahead of his lady’s needs will have conflicts in the relationship… or will not get to the point of even having a relationship. The guy who knows how to nurture his relationship not only gets the girl… but the girl gets him more games for his gaming console. Why? Because she wants him happy… because he’s made it his business to keep her happy.

If you don’t get the example… either my writing skills suck… or you’re not ready for the big leagues in getting the girl.

So… you want to get the girl?

Be the real you that the “right” girl will want… then… go get the girl!

Chase her respectfully and she will respectfully let you get her… if you’re the guy for her (like the guy of her dreams)

Remember, fellas, she may be the gal of your dreams, but unless you’re the guy of her dreams, you’re not getting her. All you can do is present yourself. She has to decide. Once she does, you got her.

Oh… yeah… one last thing… can’t forget this piece.

Just because you got the girl… does not mean you have the girl. Keep chasing. Keep romancing. Keep her wanting to stay. After all, she’s got eyes and options. The modern female will leave you if you start being a sorry piece of crap. Stay manned up. Stay woke. Stay chasing. Stay keeping the girl… even though that’s for another blog post.
