It is true that Jerry got a lot more intense with the types of emails he wrote for Betsy. Some of those messages were so hot that the phone nearly melted from the lyrical massages of messages. With poetic grace and poise, he dropped lines that made her lower abdomen vibe. He caressed her mind and in the most sublime of ways, told her that she was “mine”.
While Betsy was good at writing her own thought, her specialty was sending messages of passion via video and text. The contents of the videos are secured in their digital vaults and privileged of no one. Such was the security of their VPN and encrypted servers.
What was sent in the form of selfies was pure magic however. Betsy thought of just about every possible ways to make a man blush. And she was good at it too. Once she uncovered how creative Jerry was, it gave her the competitive push she needed to show off her abilities with her phone.
At first, it started harmlessly with a few shots of her outfit on her way to work. Those seemed to resonate well with Jerry, especially on the long tough starts called Mondays. Her hump day specials were nothing short of dynamite. Thigh high Thursdays took IG by storm and that was just the tip of the sizzle available to Jerry.
The unexpected consequence of all these text messages was that Jerry started being very strategic about his trips. He had to maximize his time around town to be close to his wife. All that signaling of passion needed to be answered with direct actions.
Then things go serious. Betsy started dropping hints of the places she wanted to visit with Jerry. Certain clues as in what kind of staircases she would have him chase her in or what kind of city-scape would be outside the window of their love nest.
When creativity failed, she would simply take a photo of her work space and he would respond with tips and ideas that would revive her focus so she could go crush her next meeting.
The long distance marriage situation was not as bad as it had started. They found a way to make it fun. Make it hot. Make it enjoyable. Make it desirable.
Betsy’s favorite was taking pictures while they were honeymooning, as she called it, and texting him much later to see if her recalled where they had been. Jerry never got a question wrong. The man was totally into her and she relished it fully.
It was not lost on her that he never complained about her addiction to fashion, as he felt it was one of the many ways she kept their relationship fresh. She was the leading gem of his jeweled crown. One he loved to show off.
