The Wrapping Up of The Darkened Vault Series
All good things must come to an end
Several vantages were covered. In the end… it’s you.. me… and us… that makes this trilogy

Every romance has a spicier side: Wading through the shallows one story at a time
There comes a time when signals get crossed. Trust is called on the line and love is squeezed from all sides
How one goes about handling the pain that can arise… determines how quickly one gets back in the arms of their lover.
Take a journey… walk into the darkness…

Dark Vault – Poem – 8 –
All was back to normal
Or so he thought
Then she cut him a look
The darkness called
The darkness fell
But this time… things had to play out differently. This time… he was ready
Dark Vault – Poem – 7 –
There is good that comes out of darkness
There is power in darkness
The chase is fueled by darkness
The hunt is on through darkness
Until he finds his way to his lady
Dark Vault – Poem – 6 –
Where does it hurt?
Slipping tenses… feeling tense
Darkness needs light… to break the clouds… and show the rainbow of silver lined shadows
That’s where it hurts… good and bad.. and good….
Dark Vault – Poem – 5 –
Maybe a debrief
Maybe a bit of relief
Tentatively, the two process their grief
The only way to build new bridges over this riff
There were a lot of questions… that gave rise to more questions and sass…
Dark Vault – Poem – 4 –
The beast had awakened. Her beacon of light calling him.
Breaking free, the new passion, the only reason to raise back up… the resurrection
Dark Vault – Poem – 3 –
Just because he was tucked away some place safe didn’t mean he wasn’t looking
He needed his lady
She was his reason for being
So… he peeked… and was peaked
But she didn’t see… couldn’t see… wanted to see…
yet… safely tucked away… he watched… wondering…
Dark Vault – Poem – 2 –
That place… where men go to hide their hearts
That place… he hid himself from himself… this was the curse of being oneself
Cold. Safe. Tucked away. Alone.
The last place she wanted him to go
Dark Vault – Poem – 1 –
That moment when darkness falls… not the sexy desire kind
No.
The darkness of heaviness…. of a wound beyond words
The third and final part in the trilogy is about to take off.
A quick bit of housekeeping.. teasing..
the original poetic musing that launched this entire project
